3-star CB Willis not attending UK due to academics

Junior college signee Nate Willis likely will not attend UK due to academics and will likely decide on a school at the Division II level, according to a post on his Twitter account.
His tweet read: “Damn #BBN I’m sorry but I’m not gone be able to attend Kentucky because of my classes.. So it’s looking like I got to take the d2 rode!”
Willis, a cornerback from Arizona Western Community College by way of Pahokee, Fla., was a consensus three-star recruit who was rated the 54th best junior college prospect by Rivals. 24/7 Sports rated Willis as the 49th best junior college prospect and the 4th best junior college cornerback in the country.
Willis did not play football in the last two years of high school but had 50 tackles and four interceptions with a fumble forced in his two seasons at Arizona Western.
