Three people were indicted in the shooting death of UK student and Kernel photo editor Jonathan Krueger.

Efrain Diaz Jr., Justin Delone Smith and Roman Gonzalez Jr., a previously unnamed 17-year-old, were all charged with murder and two counts of first-degree robbery, according to court documents.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reported that Gonzalez will be charged as an adult.

Diaz and Smith will be arraigned on July 2 at noon. Gonzalez will be arraigned on July 10 at 10:30 a.m.

Krueger was shot and killed on East Maxwell Street on April 17.
