Kentucky softball (30-22, 8-16 SEC) was selected to play in the Stillwater Regional of the 2024 NCAA Tournament on Sunday night.

The Wildcats will be making their 15th straight appearance in the tournament, all under head coach Rachel Lawson.

This year, they received an at-large bid after finishing the regular season with ten 1uadrant-I wins, making them one of only twelve teams in the nation to do so.

The Stillwater Regional will consist of the host No. 5 Oklahoma State, Northern Colorado and Michigan, as well as Kentucky.

It will be played in a double-elimination format with the winner advancing to the Super Regional for a chance at a berth in the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City.

Kentucky’s first game in the regional will take place against Michigan on Friday, May 18, at 3 p.m. ET at Cowgirl Stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The game will be televised on ESPN2.
