The status hearing for former University of Kentucky student Sophia Rosing was postponed to June 7 at the Fayette County Circuit Courthouse on Friday, March 1.

Rosing is being charged with assaulting a police officer, three counts of assault, disorderly conduct and public alcohol intoxication, according to Judge Lucy A. VanMeter.

The court case has yet to be settled nearly one year after Rosing pleaded not guilty on March 17, 2023, after allegedly assaulting student worker Kylah Spring in Boyd Hall on Nov. 6, 2022.

How does one plead not guilty when there is video evidence of her doing what she pleading not guilty to? was the video tampered with or something?
