Patterson School to have crisis simulation to prepare students

From Friday to Saturday afternoon, Patterson School of Diplomacy students will go through an international crisis simulation, which will test their responses.

The Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce will pair with the School of Journalism and Telecommunications for the simulation, which lasts from 2 p.m. Friday to noon on Saturday.

Students will act as delegates from various countries, and the delegates will hold press conferences and other meetings that will be open to the “media.”

Journalism students will act as the “media” for the simulation, and will upload content (stories, videos and pictures) to keep the “public” informed on the developing crisis.
