Karter Knox, a former four-star Kentucky commit and brother of former Wildcats Kevin Knox II, announced his commitment to follow John Calipari to Arkansas on Monday.

Knox had committed to Kentucky, being the last to do so in the former 2024 recruiting class, before decommitting on April 8 after Calipari was known to be leaving Lexington.

Joe Tipton of On3 broke the news on social media.

The move came as little surprise due to the impact Calipari has had on the Knox family, with Kevin being on the team for the 2017-18 season. Karter had committed to Kentucky on March 9 after being offered by Louisville, Arizona State, Arkansas and South Florida before narrowing down his list to just Kentucky, Louisville, South Florida and the NBA G-League on Oct. 19.

Knox was the second former Cat to join Calipari in Fayetteville after Croatian big man Zvonimir Ivišić did so on April 16.
