The Lexington Police Department is asking for help in identifying several individuals responsible for flipping a car on State Street after UK Football’s Saturday win over Florida.

After the Wildcats ended their 31-year drought against the Gators, hundreds of students funneled out onto to State Street to celebrate. While the party started innocently, it quickly escalated when groups of students began to flip a white Volvo  that was parked on the street, eventually totaling the car.

Anyone with information relevant to the investigation, or additional photos of the incident is urged to call Lexington Police at (859) 258-3600.

Anonymous tips and photos can be sent to police by texting “LEXPD” and your tip to CRIMES (274637).
