In a small white house in Frankfort, Kentucky, lies a family business with history as rich as the dark chocolate they create. Started in 1919 by two women, Ruth Hanly and Rebecca Gooch, Rebecca Ruth Candy is a fourth-generation candy store just down the road from the Kentucky State Capitol.
