Damien Harris heading to Alabama

Five-star running back Damien Harris looks to follow in the footsteps of Alabama greats Trent Richardson, Eddie Lacy and T.J. Yeldon as he joins the Crimson Tide over Ohio State and UK.

The decision Friday at Madison Southern High School came as no surprise to many as the pull of donning crimson was to much for the No. 6 running back in the 2015 class according to Scouts.com.

The Gatorade Player of the Year and Paul Hornung award winner for best performer in Kentucky scored 23 touchdowns on just 97 carries after his senior season was cut short because of a knee injury that cost him four games.

Throughout his four years at Madison Southern, Harris rushed for over 6,700 yards and scored 113 touchdowns, which is the third-most in Kentucky history.
