Wall, Rondo, Bledsoe plan on enrolling if lockout continues

UK’s campus could have three NBA point guards enrolled in class this fall.

John Wall, Eric Bledsoe and Rajon Rondo all plan on enrolling in fall classes if the NBA lockout continues, according to a tweet from John Calipari.

No further information was released.

However, if any one of the three was enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours), he could be a student-assistant coach, helping in practices on a limited basis.

This was the same program Wayne Turner was a part of when he was a student-assistant coach during the 2010-11 season. Turner finished his degree after two semesters, graduating in May 2011.

Should any of the three become student-assistant coaches, their grades would not affect UK’s APR.
