Athens, Ga.: Join the Kernel for a live blog of UK’s game against Georgia in Athens 20 minutes before the 7:45 kickoff. UK (6-4, 2-4 Southeastern Conference) will be looking to spoil Georgia’s (6-4, 3-4 SEC) senior night festivities. Kernel writer Ben Jones is in the Sanford Stadium press box, and writer Metz Camfield will join the blog from Lexington.

Georgia can secure a second place SEC East finish with the win, but will be playing with heavy hearts. Uga VII, the bulldog mascot who is normally on the field with the team, died earlier this week. A memorial was held for Uga on Saturday morning.
