UPDATE: Patterson practices Thursday

February 19, 2009 by James Pennington · 2 Comments

Sophomore Patrick Patterson, who has missed UK’s last two games with a sprained ankle, went through a full practice on Thursday, according to the UK Athletics blog, Cat Scratches.

On an interview in the blog, UK head coach Billy Gillispie said Patterson practiced well but favored his ankle late in the session.

In a teleconference Thursday morning, Gillispie was still uncertain of Patterson’s availability for Saturday’s game against Tennessee.

Stay tuned to kykernel.com for updates on Patterson’s status as they become available.
