UK sprinter and hurdler Daniel Roberts was named to the Bowerman Post-Indoor Watch List on Wednesday after wrapping up a stellar indoor season.

Roberts finished second in the 60-meter hurdles behind Florida’s Grant Holloway, another Watch List member, at both the SEC and NCAA Championships during the season. Both of his times were in the NCAA all-time Top 10.

Roberts also won the 60-meter sprint event at the Rod McCravy invitational with a time of 6.63 seconds, a personal record.

The junior only competed in the hurdles event at the NCAA Championships, but his record finish helped the Cats grab eight much-needed points.

The next watchlist for the award will be released on April 18th.
