Man arrested on campus for trespassing

A man was arrested by UKPD on Tuesday, April 25 outside the Thomas Hunt Morgan Science building along Rose Street.
Timothy Dodson, 33, was previously ordered to not be on campus by UKPD, according to the released official statement.
Police received a call that Dodson was inside the Chemistry-Physics Building where officers were then dispatched to the area.
According to the statement, Dodson was seen leaving the building as the officers arrived, and when they attempted to make contact, he fled.
The chase ended outside Thomas Hunt Morgan Biological Sciences Building, where Dodson was apprehended and charged with the following:
- “Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
- Fleeing/Evading on Foot 2nd Degree
- Resisting Arrest and Giving Officer False Name or Information”
Dodson was transported to the Fayette County Detention Center, and the case is currently under investigation, according to the statement.

Furthermore I earned my Bachelors in 2015, and I was NOT trespassing on PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The UKPD is guilty of assault, and the UK Legal of negligence in maintaining communication.
They have horseshoed the entire process of administering information from my admissions over 12 years ago to present day.
The stonewalling and evasive language of UK Leadership will be its own undoing.
