The length and size of a talented Baylor Bears basketball squad was enough to defeat UK 64-55, bringing the Cats’ 54-game home winning streak under head coach John Calipari to an end.

The Cats were led by freshman guard Archie Goodwin, who had 17 points, five assists and six rebounds. Freshman forward Alex Poythress contributed 13 points and six rebounds, in addition to the 17 rebounds grabbed by freshman forward Nerlens Noel.
