Staff report UK swimming and diving hosts Louisville on Saturday in its last of three home meets on the 2012-13 schedule.

It will be the Cats’ last chance to get a home win this season, and for some athletes the last chance to garner a victory at Lancaster Aquatic Center as part of the senior day festivities.

The Cats went down to both Tennessee and Indiana in the season opening meet on Oct. 19, with both squads also losing to Auburn at the Lancaster Aquatic Center on Nov. 2.

UK enters the meet against the rival Cardinals on the back of a 331-190 defeat at Louisiana State on Jan. 5.

Louisville’s women’s and men’s teams chalked up wins over Cincinnati on Jan. 12, the last time both squads were in action together.

The Cards’ men’s team also swam last weekend, finishing fourth on back-to-back days at the SMU Classic in Dallas. Saturday’s meet starts at 12:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Aquatic Center.
