UK Athletics announced its men’s basketball schedule for the 2018-19 season on Friday. The non-conference schedule was fully revealed on Thursday, while all additional conference games were announced Friday morning, completing the season’s schedule.

The team’s conference opener will be Saturday, January 5th against Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The home conference schedule includes February games against projected SEC contenders Tennessee and Auburn, as well as a March matchup against Tennessee in Knoxville.

The non-conference schedule includes a powerful lineup, including a regular season opener against Duke, a December matchup against North Carolina in Chicago and a home battle against national title favorite Kansas for the SEC/Big 12 Challenge.

UK will end their regular season at home against Florida for their only home game in March before the SEC Tournament in Nashville. After their Dec. 1 game against UNC Greensboro, the Cats will play no more than two consecutive games at home for the rest of the season.
