Three years after a video of former Kentucky quarterback Will Levis adding mayonnaise to his coffee went viral, the now starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans announced No. 8, Parfum de Mayonnaise, a new fragrance featuring the scent of his favorite coffee additive.
The news wasn’t the first time Levis has made headlines in the world of condiments, with the former Cat also earning a “lifetime contract” with Hellmann’s in August of 2023.
“They tried to define you, but you are the ingredient to your own success. Luscious. Eggy. Smell like greatness. Will Levis, No. 8, Parfum de Mayonnaise,” Levis said in the Hellmann’s commercial announcing the product.
Following the fragrance’s announcement, the scent proceeded to sell out with daily restocks expected to feed the public’s desire to smell like eggs and coffee.
With his legendary status in the world of mayonnaise solidified, Levis can once again shift his focus from condiments to competing at the highest level of professional football.
After taking the reins from former starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill halfway through last season, Levis is set to begin his first season as the starting man under center for the Tennessee Titans.
With a new head coach and the addition of another offensive weapon in wideout Calvin Ridley, Levis and company will look to improve on their 6-11 2023 campaign when they take on the Chicago Bears in their season opener on September 8.
