Two women struck by SUV at Rose and Columbia

An SUV struck two women at the intersection of Rose Street and Columbia Avenue around 9:55 a.m. Wednesday.
The women were riding a scooter in the Columbia Avenue crosswalk when the white SUV turned left onto the road from Rose Street and hit them.
