Kentucky baseball (25-3) breached the top 10 in week seven of the D1Baseball Top 25, earning a No. 10 ranking as it climbed eight spots from its previous No. 18 ranking.

The rise in rank comes with the Wildcats winning their last four games, including a 3-0 sweep of then No. 25 Missouri, who have since dropped out of the top 25.

LSU remained atop the rankings, with spots two through four also remaining unchanged despite movement elsewhere in the top 10.

Arkansas moved up one spot to No. 5, with South Carolina improving from its previous rank of No. 9 as it took the No. 6 spot.

Both Virginia and Stanford suffered setbacks with Virginia falling two spots to No. 7 and Stanford being bumped one spot down to No. 8.

With Boston College climbing five spots to take the No. 9 spot, the Wildcats rounded out the top 10 as they saw the biggest jump of any team in the rankings.

Seven SEC teams earned a top 25 ranking in week seven, with six of the top 10 teams being from the SEC as Tennessee stayed just outside at No. 11.

The Wildcats will look to continue their climb up the rankings as they take on Dayton on Tuesday, April 3, at 6:30 p.m. before traveling to Athens to take on Georgia in a weekend series which will be streamed on the SEC Network+.
