Freshman forward Jade Klump gave UK the lead in the 37th minute after being sent through on goal by junior midfielder Stuart Pope. The home side equalized before half time and then added a further two goals in the second half to earn the 3-1 win. UK hosts Utah at UK Soccer Complex on Sunday in their home opener. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
