UK gymnastics host No. 1 Gators

The top gymnastics team in the country is coming to Memorial Coliseum on Friday.
The University of Florida (4-0, 2-0 SEC) will bring its undefeated record to face the Cats.
UK gymnastics, ranked No. 35 in the country according to GymInfo, is 4-3 on the season and 1-2 in SEC play. The Cats lost to the No. 5 University of Georgia last week in Athens, Ga.
UK Athletics will raise money at the event for DanceBlue. UK’s gold warm-up tops and head coach Tim Garrison’s gold tie will be auctioned off at ukathletics.com.
This will be the first home event since Jan. 10 for UK. The next three contests are away, with a match against the No. 10 University of Auburn as the next home stand on Feb. 28.
The match against Florida starts at 7 p.m.
