Former Kentucky star player and reining NBA Rookie of the Year Karl-Anthony Towns is returning to Lexington, Ky., to feature in the inaugural Rookie of the Year Camp.

UK head coach John Calipari announced the event on Twitter and his website. The camp is scheduled to take place on Aug. 3 on UK’s campus.

Boys and girls of the ages of 7 to 17 will be able to register for the camp, which will be broken up into two sessions. The first one will be from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and the second one will be from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Campers will work on all aspects of basketball during the event, including passing, ball handling, shooting, defense and skill work. Towns will personally work and interact with every camper.

The cost of the camp is $99.

The camp will be the second to feature a Wildcat from the 2014-15 team. Phoenix Suns rookie guard Devin Booker will join Calipari for a Shooting Camp that will take place on July 30.
