Alumni Club set to host watch party for UK Football fans to see season opener in style

Tuesday, the Fayette County UK Alumni Club announced that it would be hosting a watch party at the Woodford Reserve Club at Kroger Field on Sept. 2, when UK Football will rematch the Southern Miss Golden Eagles in Hattiesburg. Doors to the watch party open at 3:30 p.m. for the 4 p.m. kickoff.

Fans will be able to see the game on 25 televisions, two projectors, or the Kroger Field stadium scoreboards, while enjoying food and drink that they can purchase at the party. Free parking will be available at the stadium’s Blue Lot.

Admission to the watch party costs $20 for Alumni Club members and $25 without a membership. Children 17 and under will be admitted for $10. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included with admission, while a full bar is included for those who purchase additional food and drink. Group reservations for the watch party begin at $500 and all proceeds for the event will be sent to the Fayette County UK Alumni Scholarship Fund.
