Kentucky baseball defeated Hofstra 7-5, 6-1 and 9-1 to sweep its first home series at Kentucky Proud Park. After a close first game, Kentucky’s bats and pitchers were able to shut down the Pride en route to a combined 15-2 victory in games two and three.
The Bat Cats will return home on Friday for a home series against Wofford with a home-and-home against Eastern Kentucky during the midweek.
