Two days after the official hire of former Wildcat Mark Pope, the new head coach of Kentucky men’s basketball received the warmest welcome possible in a packed Rupp Arena. Pope comes to Lexington after coaching at BYU for four years and leading his team to an NCAA National Championship as the team captain at Kentucky in 1996.
