Seeing the girl on the shoulders of the speaker reminds me of a Herald-Leader photographer taking my daughter, Carrie Pratt, holding my sign protesting nuclear production production by Mason-Hanger in downtown Lexington.

A doctor whose activism includes family and friends, thankful for her leadership role in protesting Israel’s genocide! THANKS!

There were two UK staff women handing out a card for people who might be afraid of protestors.
As an activist on campus during the 60s and a participant at the Gaza rally, I have some serious observations to share concerning the “warning card.”
