Kentucky baseball signee Connor Fugate, an incoming freshman pitcher from Prestonsburg, Ky., was arrested on at least six different charges in Scott County on Sunday.
As reported by the Scott County Jail’s website, the charges include DUI, reckless driving, theft of identity and fleeing or evading police.
Fugate, a recent graduate of Paintsville High School, is the 10th overall baseball prospect from Kentucky according to Perfect Game.
The Scott County detention center reported that he was out on bond on Sunday and is due in court on Tuesday.
UK Athletics is aware of the situation and “in the process of determining the next step,” according to WKYT.
