At the day-before press conference, Brandon Knight, Terrence Jones and Doron Lamb were asked their thoughts on Ohio State freshman Jared Sullinger’s statement that he was returning for his sophomore year.

Knight and Jones said that it was Sullinger’s decision, and right now they are having fun with their teammates and the Tournament, not the NBA.

Lamb echoed that he was having fun this year, but that “I will be here next season, so I’m not worried about leaving.”

After the press conference, players had individual interview sessions. Lamb was asked to expand on his statement, and said that he is focused on “right now,” playing in college.

“Right now I’m just worried about this season. Whatever happens, happens, but right now I’ll be here next year,” Lamb said.

Lamb said whatever decision Jones and Knight reach won’t influence his decision.
