With the latest Instagram update came rumors across the social media community that Instagram would now show users when someone screenshots their posts. 

While users are notified when someone screenshots a direct messaged disappearing video on Instagram (like on Snapchat), screenshots of regular posts do not show a notification.   

So no need to stop stalking just yet. No one will know…for now.
