The small town of Chavies, Kentucky, just outside of Hazard, feels the effects of the catastrophic flooding in Eastern Kentucky. The Chavies First Church of God suffered major damage to their worship center and their community food pantry deemed a total loss. Despite the tragedy, church staff have faith that the pain from recovery efforts is only temporary.
