Defensive tackle Michael Evans-Douglas, who is from Largo, Fla., earned a starting spot his senior season in the second year of the Mark Stoops era. At the close of the season, Evans-Douglas has tallied 18 solo tackles and 12 assisted tackles for a combined 30 on the season. His most notable play came in the Cats’ matchup with South Carolina when Evans-Douglas batted Gamecock quarterback Dylan Thompson’s pass into the air, which gave Bud Dupree the opportunity to snag it for a pick six.
