UK police issued a public safety notice about an incident of indecent exposure that occurred in the second story stairwell of the Rose Street parking garage on Thursday around 3:30 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s with brown hair at about six feet tall and 150 pounds, according to the release. He was last seen wearing a green shirt and jeans with a black backpack.

The female victim said the suspect exposed himself and was last seen heading to the third floor of the structure, the release said.

UKPD encourages anyone with information about the incident to contact them immediately.
