UK fire marshall Greg Williamson released a statement Monday evening saying that UK’s fire alarm monitoring system is once again “fully functional.”
The system suffered what Williamson called a “temporary failure” on Sunday.
The system alerts the emergency services of a need for help in the event a fire alarm sounds on campus.
“No problems occurred at any time when the system was experiencing issues,” Williamson said in a statement.
