As the Student Government Association prepares for this year’s student president elections, the candidates are gearing up to face off in a debate co-hosted by SGA, WRFL and the Kentucky Kernel.

Dwight Haggard and his running mate Taylor Dale Clark, and Austin Mullen and his running mate Jenna Hollinden will take student-submitted questions from moderator Bill Swinford, the UK chief of staff.

The debate between the candidates will run from 7 p.m. to about 8 p.m. on Monday in Memorial Hall. Students will also be able to submit questions at the debate. Voting for the new SGA president will be held March 4 and 5.
