Bevin orders Louisville Planned Parenthood to halt abortion services

Gov. Matt Bevin ordered the Planned Parenthood in Louisville to stop performing abortion services on Thursday, the same day the Louisville clinic announced it would perform abortions.
Bevin said the clinic was an “unlicensed abortion facility” and that he would “use the full force of the commonwealth to put a stop to it.”
Planned Parenthood officials said the clinic applied for a license and started offering abortion services under the Office of Inspector General.
