Beginning Monday, Avenue of Champions will be closed for two months because of UK Student Center construction. 

The Lexington Herald-Leader reported Wednesday afternoon the stretch of Avenue of Champions from South Limestone to Lexington Avenue will be shut down.

Martin Luther King Boulevard will be open for deliveries to Good Samaritan Hospital but cars will not have access to the street. Lexington Avenue will remain open to traffic and Patterson Drive will have two-way traffic and no parking.
