The clothing company, Patagonia, announced Monday that it will donate 100% of its Black Friday profits to grassroots environmental groups.

The proceeds are expected to go beyond $2 million, including sales from Patagonia’s 80 global stores and online traffic. The donations will go to nearly 800 organizations worldwide.

This move isn’t surprising, considering the company donates one percent of its daily global earnings to environmental organizations, totaling $7.1 million in the last fiscal year.

“This is a difficult and divisive time for our country,” said Lisa Pike Sheehy, vice president of environmental activism at Patagonia. “I believe the environment is something we can all come together on.”
