Attorneys will answer questions about immigration executive order

“Ask an Immigration Attorney,” an event hosted by UK International Center and BCTC, will allow attendees to ask questions about the recent executive order concerning immigrant travel.

The event will be an open discussion between attendees and two immigration attorneys.

“It is important for students to remain up-to-date and informed about the ongoing changes impacting immigration,” UK Director of International Student and Scholar Services said. She urges students to take advantage of this event, where they can receive information from “a reliable source.”

The event will take place at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in Kastle Hall room 213. All people are welcome, “regardless of their status in the United States,” according to UKNow.
