Journalists all across the country have been writing about Kentucky football this week leading up to Saturday’s showdown against Georgia, including Kentucky’s running back Benny Snell.

On Thursday morning, The Players’ Tribune released a story written by Snell titled “Can I Get a Snell Yeah?!” The piece goes into depth on Snell’s tattoo across his stomach, being overlooked in high school and his love for Kentucky.

Snell also writes about how he believes Kentucky’s football program can be a powerhouse alongside Kentucky’s already prominent basketball team.

Snell is the second Kentucky football player to be published online this week. Senior wide receiver David Bouvier wrote a story for The Athlete’s Guide explaining his journey from walk-on to scholarship athlete, and how a mission trip to Mexico City inspired him to live life differently.
