Two counts of 1st degree rape reportedly occurred in Smith Hall on Jan. 17, according to the University of Kentucky Police Department crime log.
The incident was reported on Sunday, Jan. 26, according to the crime log.
According to WKYT, the offense happened inside of the victim’s room. The two suspects are known to the victim. UKPD released a crime bulletin to the UK campus community on the evening of Monday, Jan. 27.
