STARKVILLE, Miss.— Matt Roark blocked a possible game-tying extra point in the fourth quarter to help UK hold on to a 14-13 victory and secure bowl eligibilty for the third consecutive year. Seiber misses seventh field goal of the season Mike Hartline led the Cats to the Mississippi State 17 yard line before Lones Seiber missed his seventh field goal of the season for the Cats.  Seiber’s kick was almost blocked, but cleared the line and sailed wide right.  The Cats trail at halftime by seven.
