UK men’s basketball head coach John Calipari received a prominent phone call a few hours before the Cats’ game against Providence College Sunday night. On the other end of the line was former United States President Bill Clinton. Calipari tweeted about the call Monday:

Clinton, a native Arkansian, has been a big fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks, most notably during their “40 minutes of hell” era in the early 1990s.
