Classes before 10 a.m. canceled Friday

UK has canceled classes that start before 10 a.m. Friday as part of a two-hour delay. Classes will meet starting at 10 a.m.
About 0.07 inches of snow fell in Lexington on Thursday night and early Friday, according to the National Weather Service‘s measurements at Blue Grass Airport.
Friday’s high is expected near 18 degrees, with temperatures feeling as low as -7 degrees with wind chill. A 20 percent chance of snow exists for late Friday and early Saturday.
