UK and North Carolina have agreed to a two-year contract to play a home-and-home series beginning next season.

The Cats will play in Chapel Hill, N.C., in 2013-14 and the Tar Heels will travel to Rupp Arena the following year.

UK had won three of the last four against North Carolina before the annual game took a one-year break.

That game for next season joins a list of non-conference games for the Cats that includes a home game against Louisville, Baylor in Dallas and Michigan State in Chicago.
