		<description>Very uplifting story and the fact that almost 5 years later out of staters would still be volunteering their time to rebuild this magnificent and historic city says loads of your kindness and souls. 

Just one little correction though, Katrina did not cause most of the devastation and deaths in New Orleans.  It was shoddily built and maintained levees which didn&#039;t hold up to a Category 3 storm.  These were the responsibility of the Army Corps of Engineers.
