There may be problems but it doesn't give the gov't the right to dictate who can live where. Where does it stop?

Actually they do. Sewer systems for houses were built for a maximum housing capacity. By building onto the back of older houses, the capacity is too large for the sewer system. This is a common problem most people run into when expanding their problem, but unfortunately, Lexington has let landlords do what ever they want, legal or not. Then there's the parking. Unless the landlord can offer enough off street parking per student, it is obviously too many people living in that house.

This is ridiculous. The city has no right to tell private property owners who can live in their houses. This is a slippery slope that will start a trend of LFUCG overreach.
