Is there a pattern? As more law students begin choosing other colleges over UK to improve their chances of passing the bar, or to take a bar prep course that DOESN'T cost an additional $3K, Davis will change her tune. Sometimes you do need to 'teach the test', because it is the gatekeeper for entering the profession.
