Man accused of stalking, burglary waives case to grand jury

A Lexington man charged with stalking and burglary of a home occupied by female UK students waived his case to the grand jury Tuesday.

Lexington Police arrested 55-year-old Terry Grossman on Dec. 18 when they found him near the students’ Crescent Avenue house after a resident reported an unknown subject inside.

After additional questioning and obtaining search warrants, police filed more charges against Grossman.

In addition to the stalking and burglary charges, Grossman faces 12 counts of video voyeurism, two counts of possession of a prescription drug in the first degree, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of promoting contraband in the first degree, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of marijuana, one count of receiving stolen property and one count of possession of burglary tools.
