After reading this I don't feel sorry for him. In fact it makes me dislike him. A bleeding heart story about his family life etc etc has zero bearing on all his missed PATs and his 57%(?) FG average. Trying to explain away his pretty horrid career b/c of an "injury" that is oh btw fixed now is sad. My husband, two children and I lived in 7 different countries so our children grew up constantly in a state of change. The advantage of learning to adapt, living in foreign countries, going to school with different nationalities was the best education they could have received. When I see Lones on the field getting ready to kick a field goal I'll see a young man who is strong and has the courage to keep trying. If I hear one boo I'll be disappointed in the Kentucky faithful. I would NEVER boo an athlete, although might boo some referees and coaches! The article really touched my heart.
